Ladders

How does he always find a way in?
Keep tearing down the ladders that lead over your walls.
Wake all the guards that are to keep up the watch.
If you turn away for an instant,
If you let him get through,
The rain will come and as it pours from your eyes,
Your heart, it breaks in two.
So don’t let him get through.
Build your walls high so even his ladders can’t reach.
Don’t falter from your post or turn away for an instant.
If he gets through,
